Dhania or coriander chutney is a staple in most Indian households. It is the perfect dipping sauce for any snack, a sandwich filling, or even fries. I love this sauce so much that my mother used to make sure it was always at hand as it would make me eat anything. I can literally have spoonfuls. Although it is very easy to make, it doesn't keep for long and the bright green colour fades very quickly once salt and lime juice is added.
