Description
Roasted masala is a roasted powder of frequently used spices to ease out cooking time and it enhances the taste of the recipe where it is added. In this masala, we have dry roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper, and red chilli and ground it into powder. This masala can be used in raita, dry vegetable curry, bhel puri, etc.
