Shaheen Bajri flour with a strong nutty aroma and a very slightly bittersweet after taste, is made of millet, commonly known as bajra in North India and ragi in the south, is mixed with atta for breads. It is also mixed with rice flour to make Puttu (South Indian style steamed rice cake).
